Grant Report Template

All organizations that receive grants from Community Foundation Grey Bruce are required to submit a Report Form with receipts to support the use of the grant money. Photos of the project are also required (with the exception of organizations whose clients are at-risk).

Failure to submit a Final Report will result in non-eligibility for future grants. If the project is delayed, please contact the Grants Co-ordinator to discuss the options 519-371-7203.

  • Report deadline for Spring Grants - February 1st of following year
  • Report deadline for Fall Grants - June 30 of following year

Report Forms

For Final Reports for grants after June 2018, please go to the granting portal to complete an online Final Report - click here. Each organization will be required to upload a Grant Expense form - download the form below **note - you will need to manually fill this form in.
