WorleyParsons Indigenous Educational Commitment Scholarship

 WorleyParsons Canada is committed to supporting the post-secondary education of Indigenous students by awarding two scholarships. Each scholarship is a one-time award of $2,000 CAD and can be used against tuition fee coverage. Applicant Eligibility: 1. Must belong to one of the Tri-County Area (Bruce, Grey, or Huron) local Indigenous communities of: - Saugeen and Nawash First Nations, - Historic Saugeen Metis, and - Region 7 of the Metis Nation of Ontario. 2. Must be accepted for admission or currently enrolled in an accredited post-secondary institution in Ontario and study on a full-time basis. 3. Must be studying in the field of engineering or engineering technology and design, in any discipline.

Requirements

1. Completed application form. To obtain a copy, contact Jennifer Ying at Jennifer.Ying@Worley.com 2. Proof of membership to one of the above Indigenous communities/groups. 3. Proof of acceptance or admission to an accredited post-secondary institution. 4. A written letter by the Applicant with the following questions answered. - Why are you studying in the field of engineering? - What is your vision for your future in Nuclear and in the Tri-County Area? - How do you envision this post-secondary education furthering your life plans?
