Shoreline Artist Student Bursary

The Shoreline Artists Association has established a bursary program that includes students planning to enter a Post-Secondary School to continue their education in the Visual Arts, as well as Secondary School Students that show a promising talent in the arts, that may not be continuing into a post-secondary program of the arts, but wish to continue with their art in other ways. Requirements

Applicants will submit the required Application Form.  Applicants will submit three to five jpgs of their original works to be juried.  Applicants will provide a brief statement indicating the reasons and goals connected with their Art interest and further education. Applicants will provide a comment and recommendation letter from their Art teacher. Applicants will be allowed to display up to five pieces of their work at the Shoreline Artists Waves of Inspiration Sale in the year the Bursary is awarded. The winning juried works will be displayed. Eligible students from a Secondary School within the Counties of Bruce or Grey which are under the jurisdiction of the Bluewater District School Board and Catholic School Board.
