Agency Services
The Community Foundation Grey Bruce provides useful services for funds established in the name of a charitable agency.
For a fee based on accumulated assets in the fund on a monthly basis, the Community Foundation provides:
- Legal administration of the fund
- Receipt and processing of additional contributions at any time
- Issuance of eligible tax receipts
- Investment and re-investment of the the Fund's assets
- Re-investment of the income from the Fund's assets until it is needed
- Monitoring investment manager performance
- Collection of all income
- Preparation and filing of all returns for CCRA (Revenue Canada)
- Completion of an annual audit
- Response to government regulations and audits
- Liability insurance as necessary for the Directors of the Foundation
- Periodic statements on capital balance and available income of Fund
- Distribution of net earnings of Fund
- Inclusion of Fund in our Annual Report and other Foundation applications
